One more project conception also being in preparation is that of a CLOSED HOUSING ESTATE in ASENOVA RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. It concerns one of the latest projects of the Group, which is in its initial phase, although the land was purchased as early as 2004/ 2005. This project will help strengthen the business strategy related to the segment of customers that usually the Company works with, who are in particular top class customers, i.e. having high demands and high buying power. What is different in this preliminary project as compared to the other initiatives of the Group is the intention to build one or two homes of high class, which will be situated at the foot of Tsarevets Hill and in the heart of the historical centre of the unique town of Veliko Tarnovo.
